What’s the difference between advisory and a fractional head of product?
As advisors, we work alongside your leaders and they own the calls. As fractional or interim head of product, we take the seat, part time: we run the team and own the calls for as long as you need.
How much of your time do we get?
Advisory: regular sessions, at your pace. Fractional or interim: usually two days a week. Workshops: a day, with a prep call before and written notes after.
Who does the work?

How do you measure speed?
