Website operations
The Avery Intelligence website does not set tracking cookies, load advertising pixels, or record fingerprinting analytics. Fonts and assets are served directly from our hosting edge. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) are maintained solely for security monitoring and edge routing.
Security and data isolation
When delivering the Company AI Brain, all codebases, vector embeddings, plain-text knowledge graphs, and agent runtimes operate within secure, dedicated client boundaries. Avery does not retain, escrow, or aggregate client intellectual property, and zero client data is used to train public foundation models.
Regulatory alignment
Our systems and client deployments are engineered to comply with:
• EU AI Act Article 50: Continuous explainability logs, human-in-the-loop audit trails, and deterministic guardrails.
• GDPR Chapter III: Differential privacy, automated PII scrubbing, and right-to-erasure enforcement.
• SOC 2 Type II: Role-based access control (RBAC) preventing unauthorized cross-tenant data exposure.
