Specific deliverables, project milestones, client system access, and intellectual property terms are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Avery Intelligence Inc. and the client organization.
3. Research, publications & intellectual property
All original publications, essays (including The speed of the organization), diagnostic frameworks, and architectural models on averyintel.com are proprietary intellectual property of Avery Intelligence Inc., with all rights reserved unless explicitly made available under an open-source license.
4. Product ecosystem
Humfrid (humfrid.com) is a platform venture affiliated with Avery Intelligence Inc. SaaS subscriptions, workspace data processing, and platform service terms are governed separately on their respective sites.
