Why this exists
Agentic systems move on a quarterly cadence. European headquarters still approve pilots on an annual one. EU AI Act Article 50 transparency — machine-readable watermarking for synthetic content already on the market — still lands 2 December 2026, even though Annex III high-risk systems were pushed to December 2027. Valley outposts copy the language and never reach the parent. We are an independent diligence layer: maturity, security, whether the stack survives production.
